Party FAQ

Can I bring my own decor? 

Yes! However, we do have a few guidelines for decor as follows:

  • We do not allow anything to be adhered onto the walls or ceiling (this includes command strips, sticky tack, or ANY adhesive). 

  • Helium balloons must be weighted down (not tied to our furniture).

  • We do not allow piñatas or confetti. 

  • We do not allow any unnecessary rearranging of furniture or existing wall decor.

When can I arrive to set-up?

You can arrive 20 minutes before your party to set-up and our party assistant(s) can help!

Will I have to worry about other parties or customers in the facility during my event?

All children’s parties include the exclusive use of the play space and cafe.

What ages are your parties for? 

Our space is designed for children ages 5 and under. Most of our birthday party guests of honor are ages 4 and under. If you are expecting older guests, we ask them to play gently with our materials and not to climb or swing on our play structures.

How does a typical party run?

Our parties start with approximately 1.5 hours of open play, followed by time in the cafe/party room. Once the 1.5 hours are up, the play area will close for cleaning. 

May I bring outside food and beverages? 

Yes! However, we do have a few guidelines for outside food and beverages as follows:

  • We ask that coffee and espresso drinks be ordered through Itsy Bitsy.

  • We ask that no nut products be brought in for the safety of all of our guests.

  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Can I extend my party beyond two hours?

Possibly! Please send an email to prior to booking to confirm availability. Each additional half hour is $75.
